Louie the Crab starts to take shape as the inflation process begins. Louie has a large fan that runs all the time to keep him at his peak inflation. Although Louie will only be here for a week his memory will live on for the next ten years just as it did for the past eleven. Rumor has is that Louie make may another appearance in September of 2000.
